Different Boxing techniques are used on different hitting supports.
Here it is not a question of combat but of technique and cardio:

Cardio: mobility & aerobic movements.
Muscle strengthening: pumps, squats, Jumping Jack…

The course of the session

Joint and muscle warm-up to prepare the body for exercise,
Then different themed workshops are organized in circuit.
The exercises are both fun and dynamic.
Everyone performs the exercises at their own level,
We end with a return to calm & relaxation.
